Credit hold -make contact center ready only

We have advised our sales/service staff to use Contact Center as their screen for any Customer interactions.
Problem:
If the customer is on credit hold,we wanted to make the Contact center as Readonly similiar to the behaviour(CSD: Readonly Workbench - Set to Yes),so that no users can create either sales order or Service requests.
Analysis
We analysed and understood that indiciating to Service of Credit hold is an ER .Service: How Does 'Credit Holds' Established in Receivables Apply In TeleService? (Doc ID 579894.1)
Question:
1.Would like to know if anyone has done any Personalization to acheive the above behaviour?
