Financial Reporting - paragraphs of commentary

Hi there, I am new to FR and need to create reports which have areas for paragraphs of general commentary on the results shown on the report.  What is the best way to do this?  Is it cell text or text objects or something else?

I also need to put in line graphs - is it possible to have the graphs, commentary and numbers (in a grid) all on one page?
