suse linus 64 bit

we are at (R12.HR_PF.C.delta.5 applied 07-Feb-2015) patch level can I run the hrglobal in this instance as per 

DataInstall and HRGLOBAL Application: 12.2 Specifics ( Doc ID 1469456.1  ) note.

and

Do I have to apply this patch  20365000:R12.PAY.C  listed under MASTER LEGISLATIVE HRGLOBAL PRE-REQ LIST (for use in Step 2) in DataInstall and HRGLOBAL Application: 12.2 Specifics (  Doc ID 1469456.1   ) note since we are on R12.HR_PF.C.delta.5 ?
