GL Account can not be changed if don't fill in value in AFF context

Dears,

GL account on Distribution form can't be changed if don't fill in value in AFF context, but can be changed by key in combinations directly.

Please check the attachment for detail.

 

1. Could you please advise how can I fix this issue, what should I check?

2. I want to reproduce this issue, but there isn't any context on AFF in my instance, please advise how can I set up context against AFF.
