Hi, Could anybody helps with instructions how to properly integrate the Email Center with Service Re

We have Oracle R12.1.3 Field Service implementation. Recently we configured new agent in Email Center. He could se Outbound emails in Interactions (Service request form) but could not receive nor see the Inbound emails. We have done configuration the same as for other agents that do not have such problem. Some where we are missing something. Please advise.
