Create Accounting Fails Due To An Incorrect Legal Entity In Asset Assignment

The user added a new asset in JUN-14 but instead of using legal entity (company 610) NDF Canada she used NDF US (410) which belongs to another legal entity for a different ledger.


Asset is fully retired in JUN-14, but create accounting is failing .


Please let me know who do we resolve this issue.



1) Asset Retired .

Create Accounting is failing with following message, attached is create Accounting output .

Line    Error Number    Error Message

1    95311    The LEGAL ENTITY segment value for the account code combination 410.0000.000.16199.000.0000.0000 specified in line 1 is not assigned to the ledger Newpark Canada, Inc.. Please update the LEGAL ENTITY segment value assignments for the ledger in the Accounting Configuration page or use another LEGAL ENTITY segment value.
