Regarding Disconnected Mobile in Siebel IP2015

Hi,

We plan to propose disconnected mobile feature to the client and wanted to understand few basics regarding the same.

As per my understanding Disconnected feature is available for certain application on mobile which provides users to access the application when there is no internet connectivity.

Now since Siebel application is hosted on a webserver and we access it via OM URL, I would like to understand how would this work when internet network is not there on mobile.

Does it need to be hosted on a container app provided by Siebel or via the MAF framework or how is it?
