Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

Unable to access My Oracle Support

Since a few weeks ago whenever I try to access MOS I get the message:

 

“Account setup is still in progress. Check back later.”

I am the administrator of MOS at my company so I know there are no changes pending  and also no changes have been made since the
last months/years.

Local or international support does not help.

Does someone please have an idea of how to solve this issue?
