12c RAC performance issues with EMC SAC multipath luns

Hi,
I recently setup 12.1.0.2 RAC env on RHEL7.1 using EMC SAN multipath luns, and now when testing, I am facing some hiccups on performance side, I have impdp which runs in 10mins on local fs, but when the same impdp is run for more than 2hrs in this 12cRAC env. Please guide what database performance parameters can be used to improve on performance, plus if you could also help dig down why is this behavior?

Please let me know if you need any details before you could provide some pointers.
