We are getting a system error in iRecruitment

Specifically it occurs infrequently when a user tries to apply for a job, realises that they haven't registered and goes back to register and up-load a cv. At this point they get a system error and have to log out, but on logging back in everything appears to have been updated properly. I cannot find error messages pertaining to this specifically; the only error I can find is java.lang.NullPointerException at _xdo__doc__display._jspService(_xdo__doc__display.java:239) ... oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.  java.sql.SQLException: Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:: 1. Has anyone seen this before or any better info on it ?
