KEY_LISTVAL trigger raised unahandled exception

Hello All,

After selecting the transaction type from the LOV in AR Form I am getting the following message 'FRM-40735: KEY_LISTVAL trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.'

Could anyone please tell me why am I facing this issue.
