Cannot create Query of Sales Orders on Hold from P4210

Hello,

I'm trying to create a simple query of sales orders on hold. The field is inhibited, yet available in F4201 and F4211.

Please advise why the field is not available and how to create query over field. I do not want to use databrowser, as the user will be selecting the order and reviewing details etc from the watchlist.
