Where are the install files for just the Interactive Reporting Web Client located?

Now please don't confuse this with the OracleInteractiveReportingClient.  I don't need to install studio.  I know a user can install the IRWC plugin by logging into the web interface and going to Tools--> install --> interactive reporting web client and install that way.  My problem is we are trying to setup a citrix environment for a client and the citrix team team the actual install file for the plugin (whether it's an .exe, .cab or whatever) and I cannot find where this file is located to provide it to them.  Does anyone know where the IRWC install files are?
