Ctrl-C not working in Chrome when running JDE E1

Recently our users noticed that the Ctrl-C copy stopped working in application like the P4210.  For Example they highlight an order number from the grid and then try to paste it into another application it does not work.  If they do Ctrl-C twice it works though.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix?
