Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. custom qualifier is not being called

Dear All,

Created custom qualifier to calculate freight on Order Value (i.e after applying discounts). Applied the qualifier to modifier but it is not working.
