query for special characters like single quote in a column

I have regular expressions like ', % ,-  and space which I need pull in query . I'm able to pull all but ' and space are not being pulled.

Below is the query used and sample data

select *from address_table

where regexp_like(city,'[^]^A-Z^a-z^0-9^[^.^{^}^ ^,^(^)^-^%^/^\^]' );

XXX

yyy'asdf

abc def

abc-def

ab-cd-ef
