Installed in Retail (riha) Hospital Administration 14.1 but not able to login with the user created

Installed in Retail (riha) Hospital Administration 14.1 but not able to login with the user created

in the login page can see four options in *Application

sim

rms

rwms

tafr

While giving the credentials it is showing invalid userid and password

Is there any additional step for security.

Also, tried to re-run this  "riha-app-deployer.sh -prepare-wls" and getting the below error.

An error occurred during activation of changes, please see the log for details.

weblogic.application.ModuleException:

IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

Please suggest.
