Automatic default of preconfigured notes with set of instructions

Hi

We are on R12.1.3 and have the below scenario

In depot repair,the technicians perform certain set of procedures for certain types of critical equipments.

We have these instructions attached to WIP job - Routings as attachments and gets printed on discrete job routings/Manufacturing execution system -WIP screens.


After completing the fixed set of procedures(Roughly ,2 A4 page instructions),users enter their comments/instructions and this needs to be printed on Customer invoice.


Question:

We should have the ability to Configure a note with instructions and that should automatically default in SR_notes based on a condition like SR type or Task type?
