Expenditure batch in project costing

Hi,

I want to capture time card for some employees for projects costing. We do not have oracle time and labor.

I have defined employee rate schedule . I want to enter time in hours for those employees in expenditure entry.

Please guide me how the system will capture the rate schedule for the given time. What concurrent I need to run to achieve above.
