Conflict Resolution in Siebel Mobile IP2015

Hi,

Can anyone please brief me about how the conflict resolution is resolved in case of synchronizing the data from disconnected mode to server.

For eg: in case a record is updated in offline mode and the same is updated in connected OUI application by some other user, during synchronization how would the system decide which update to retain.

Any documentation regarding this would be helpful.
