Landed Cost : How can charge a fixed amount?

Hi Members,

We in India have to pay Toll charges while transporting goods from one city to another city.  Toll charges are based on type of vehicles such as Large Commercial Vehicle or Multi-Axle Vehicle. How do we configure Landed Cost in P41291 to charge a fixed amount?
