Initial data load into Siebel UCM from Siebel CRM

Hi,

We have Siebel CRM application. Now there is a requirement to bring in Siebel UCM. Can you please let us know how we should move the master data that is already existing in Siebel CRM into Siebel UCM?

Version of both Siebel CRM and Siebel UCM is 8.1.1.15
