Orachk & bash issue?

Hi,

I'm running orachk version 12.1.0.2.5_20151023 on a SUSE ES 11.3 server (with bash version 3.2.51) and I get lot's of  skipped checks. I've fixed some "/bin/env" calls (env is located in /usr/bin).

If I do a ps -ef during the run of orachk I see  lot's of processes like this:

sh -c /bin/bash? -c "cat /proc/cpuinfo 2>/dev/null|grep -w 'processor'|wc -l|sed 's/ //g'"

where comes that "?" after /bin/bash from?

some of the skipped checks are:

skipping ASH flush status(checkid:-026DF829123D2136E05313C0E50AFE7B) because audit check execution failed with exit code 2.

Howdy, Stranger!
