Tax is not calculated on sales orders

Hi

I have a created a tax for a new OU, however when raising a sales order the 'Tax Classification Code' remains blank and tax is not calculated on the SO. However if i add the tax classification code manually (before booking) tax is calculated properly.

Does any one have a clue on what could be wrong?
