Update DFFs at Supplier Site when Supplier Site is Inactive

Hi Team,

Currently we are in R12.2.4, Under Manage Sites, Supplier Sites, DFF's are enabled. Currently if Site is End dated, we are unable to Update the DFF's. If we extend the Active date, then we are able to update the DFFs.

Please confirm, what is the Standard Process.

Can we Update the DFF's when Site is Inactive.
