WO Commitment

Hi,

We are running tools and apps 9.1.  A user noticed a component item showing a fractional commitment to a WO.  I found the WO and it was at a status 90.  I can see that during the completions process the quantity issued was less than the quantity required by this fractional amount.

How is the commitment for this fractional amount released?  In test I processed the WO all the way through manufacturing accounting and getting it to a 99 status but it still shows.  Is there a UBE that runs to clear this?
