Random over pick task

Hi Gurus,

We have an intermittent issue happening once in a while in our different warehouses and we are unable to reproduce the issue and gather the logs. We have a SR open but I would like to pick your brain to help us on how to solve this issue.

We are on 12.1.3 with WMS RUP11 installed and our user pick orders with RF Guns (MSCA)

Customers place an order for item A quantity 6.  We release the sales order and the user start the picking.

  1. 1-      RF Gun display pick item A qty 6.  User pick 6 and drop it into the LPN
