Exchange Rate on sales orders

Hi Team,

We have found some of sales orders loaded with incorrect exchange rate ..the orders are not ship confirmed so we are trying to update manually in P42101 header but detail lines are not updating with new exchange rate.

Processing options set update header to detail automatically.

Can anyone have idea where we did wrong in setups..Thanks in Advance
