Enforce FIFO method in selecting records for Receipts using Personalization

Hi,

I am trying to enforce FIFO in selecting the records for making Receipts against PO. While making receipts, Oracle seeded feature itself fetches the records ( for a specific supplier and item criteria, the records are sorted in FIFO fashion) i.e PO need by date wise it is displayed. But receiving users can select any record on their discretion. I am trying to enforce they select in Order. This is our Procurement team request as the schedule adherence is their primary goal and if the materials received are not made receipt in correct order, they are affected in meeting schedule
