What format is the CDV file from BankserveAfrica?

Hi, am currently implementing for Payroll for South African organisation and my clients have issues getting the CDV file from Bankserve. I would like to know what format is the expected  CDV file from Bankserve and if there are other sources for the CDV file? Kindly assist. Thanks
