is possible change IP on agentctl?

Hello,
I have a question in the Windows environment (2008/2012): because, during the installation of the agent (java -jar agent.jar) Audit Vault, the request on 1522, is always performed from the first address stated in the OCR file (RAC environment: verified 4 cluster via ocrdump)?
Can I change the address with which he presents to the Audit Server (verified with tcpdump)?
the option -i eth0 on windows little meaning, is not it?
