1099 MISC form not retrieving the data

Hi All,

I am running the "1099 Forms PDF Format"for MISC but the template/Form is not fetching the data in the output PDF. Please help me on this, what may be the issue or what we are doing wrong here.

Please see the below screenshot in which the details like Rents, Royalities, otherincome etc details are not fetched and printed in pdf.
