Is CREATEPO workflow is specific to OU or across OU

Dear All,

We have done changes on  CREATEPO workflow Is Automatic Approval Allowed? attribute value from No to Yes based on our  business requirement. The change that we did. will be applicable to only the operating unit where we used this workflow or across operation unit

Do we have to do any customization if we want to have auto approval functionality in one OU( Is Automatic Approval Allowed? to Yes) and not others.  Associate customized one to the one we need to have this functionality and other will have seeded workflow with Is Automatic Approval Allowed? attribute value No
