Sales Agreement Approval Notification

Hello Everyone -

We want to add "Item Description" in the sales agreement notification, here is the complete detail.

Agreement Hierarchy Setup:

1- User (Creates an agreement and forward to Manager)

2- Manager (Approves & forward to Director)

3- Director (Final Approver)

Issue:

1- User Creates an Agreement & Forward it.

2- When Manager receive notification, He then check the agreement details. like Creation date, activation date, ship to then approve and forward it.

3- Manager also want to check the "Item Description" field of that Agreement (Which is in agreement lines)

According to Note 1178913.1 " The workflow is only for Blanket Sales Agreement (BSA) header and not for BSA lines." ,
