BIP 11.1.1.7(clusterd env) with siebel integration intermittent error in prod

We have integrated BIP 11.1.1.7 with siebel Ip2014 Ps5,

We have 4 instance of bip clusterd in AIX 6.1. Reports upload & generation is fine.however intermittently we are getting below error.

We dont have BIP scheduler.

Please suggest on this.
