Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

we are facing an issue with OKS Main billing as program is Error with above for one particular contract

tried the below Note but still not able to find out the Cause

Service Contracts Main Billing shows error 'Failed in get next level of coverage' for Usage Lines (Doc ID 1259864.1)

any idea ?
