COGS extension in SLA

I have an extension for the Accounting Entry in Cost Management in our 11i instance for the COGS accounting entries. This extension is now obsolete in the R12 instance. I'm trying to mimic this extension I have in the 11i now in the R12 instance using SLA (as it sais in the Cost Management manual for R12), but I'm not sure where I should begin. I have not been able to find the way to start working in the SLA for the Cost events.

Any clue?
