Flash recovery area full. Need steps to clear and restart flash recovery without impacting DR?

Will need help clearing  and reinitializing  the flash recovery area. We do not mind missing  flash back functional for for the time being.

400/430G is used

Have read a lot of articles ,  which recommended backing up to a tetiary device, turning flash on and off etc

We seem to have a lot of free space that has to be recovered .
