Fixed Asset Retirment

Hi We have done a partial retirement by cost on a asset .It shows PARTIAL RETIRMENT under the Financial Inquiry-->Cost History but when we go and query the RETIRMENT tab the Status shows as "PENDING". We have also run the "Calculate Gain and Loss" request . Uploaded screen shot for your reference. Please suggest what should be done to get the status to PROCESSED in order for the user to REINSTATE the asset.
