Where do I find the amount that hit "Profit" for a sales order transaction?

Hello all,

New to the AR world so I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.  We are trying to figure out how much "profit" we made for a certain sales order line and what accounting string it hit.  We can see the revenue from View Accounting in the receivable transactions and the cost of goods sold amount view the accounting from the material transaction distributions.  Where does the accounting live that shows the profit made on the sales order line though?

For example:

Sales order # 123

Line 1.1 Item 123456 

Cost of good sold = $100

Revenue = $150

Profit = $50 <---------- where do I see this accounting and which account it hit
