Table methods of payroll calculation tables

Dears,

Is that possible to create a new table method for the payroll calculation tables that i can select in it a specific DBA to be the basis of my new calculated DBA ? any if yes can any one help on how to do so as i go the application P059027 and add new but i don't how to select the suitable method to do my requirement ?
