cleint address of user signed on to webserver

Hello,

How to know the client address of the signed on user, in Security History table (F9312) only the web-server machine name appears, but we need to know from which machine the user signed on (from machine he opened the browser). from Active user session of web server in server manager console the Client address exist for active session, is this value saved in some file or table, and why is it not logged in F9312?
