SSHR - Leave Of Absence Error

Hi All,

I have been implementing SSHR on R12.1.3

Basically we have already three Legal Entities and each has separate Payroll. Now we have created another new Legal Entity and Payroll, issue is occurring with employees that associated with new Legal Entity

I am getting an error only for a particular employee when he is applying leave from his employee self service responsibility.

Error is : This person is not eligible for the element associated with this absence type.

But if i try to apply same leave on same days through HRMS Super user, then it will work fine but when apply leave through employee Self Service Responsibility(SSHR), we face the issue
