Disable of Basic Rate and Adjusted Rate fields in Mass Addition form not working

Dear All

I have made Basic Rate and Adjusted Rate fields in Mass Addition form disabled using forms personalization. But these fields are not getting disabled. However not is being shown. I am using event WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE for both fields and property name as Enabled(Application Cover) as FALSE. EBS version is 12.2.4 and database version is 1.2.0.4.0
