How to migrate Apex 4.2.5. from MODPLSQL(Apache) to Oracle 11g DB EPG(embedded pl/sql gateway)

Hello Experts,

We are currently using Apex 4.2.5 and Oracle database 11.2.0.4.

Current configs are like Oracle Apex is configured with Oracle HTTP server (Apache) MODPLSQL.

We want to migrate this setup from Oracle HTTP server (Apache) MODPLSQL to oracle DB's 11g feature EPG. The reason is we want to remove Oracle HTTP server and use EPG feature of 11g.

Please suggest some solution to this.

I would like to know about support part, are DB administrators supposed to do this or some other application expert does such kind of migration?

I appreciate any input in this regard.
