Back Dated receipt creation using work confirmation
We are using Work Confirmation to create receipts for Complex POs and direct receipts for standard POs.
When creating direct receipts for standard POs, system allows to enter receipt date and users are able to enter a receipt date in the past if they forgot to receive item in the system on the actual date of receiving. This allows to have accruals booked in the correct month.
But when creating work confirmations, there is no option to specify back date and system is always creating receipt using the current date. This is causing issues to business. Business expects to have this date functionality for work confirmations as well.
