problema para subir instancia asm de un nodo de un RAC oracle

Estimados,

- Se apago una maquina del ORACLE RAC, después de subirla, no quiere levantar la instancia de ASM de esta maquina, al momento de hacer el startup en la instancia de asm, sale este error:

ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters

ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Synchronization Service

Los siguientes comandos dan estos resultados:

crsctl check has

CRS-4638: Oracle High Availability Services is online

crsctl check crs

CRS-4638: Oracle High Availability Services is online

CRS-4535: Cannot communicate with Cluster Ready Services

CRS-4530: Communications failure contacting Cluster Synchronization Services daemon

CRS-4534: Cannot communicate with Event Manager
