Rebuild Payables Trial Balance data for new liability accounts

Hi payables gurus,

We are on Oracle EBS 12.1.3. We need to rebuilid the trial balance data for some new liability accounts. When we add the new liability account in the open account balances  definition, it is kicking off Open Account Balances Data Manager program and it is taking long time for some ledgers. For some ledgers, it is finishing fast. What is the recommended number of processors and processing unit size if we have to improve the performance (we are using 6 processors and a processing unit size of 1000).

Also, I believe it is better not to run the create accounting process while rebuilding the trial balance data, right? Please confirm.
