Carryover Balance, I need a help please

Dears,

Your kind help is a highly required.

My Client is asking me, If he can query his Leave entitlement balance in the next year without running the Carryover Program, in other way, can I develop a solution let me search my balance through the Future, without running the Carryover Concurrent??!!

Your Quick help and response is a highly appreciated.
