Does anyone require applying receipts using Current Domestic Value?

I would like to enter an enhancement request for the Manual Receipts program to include the ability to receive payment using the Current Domestic Value.  Currently, JDE World has this capability, but E1 does not.

Is there anyone else who requires this for their business?  I'd like to get as much momentum going to get this enhancement entered and completed.
